Cherry Truffle Bomb

We may have gone too far! We made milk chocolate covered cherries and wrapped them in chocolate ganache and then chocolate covered the delicious result! The cherry truffle bombs are sold 1 per order and weigh approximately 2 ounces each. BTW - do not attempt to eat these while driving - they may be a bit messy.
